LMI Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Flahavin to the Knowledge Management division. Kelly brings to the team a wealth of experience in knowledge management and training. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Certificate IV in Training, and is currently studying for her MBA. Kelly's role will be to assist Neil Myhre and his team with the further development of LMI RiskCoach and the online short courses available via LMI RiskCoach and other LMI Group online knowledge-based services.

LMI RiskCoach, which took more than 3 years of development, is the latest online service to be developed by LMI Group and, despite only being launched late in 2009, already has well over 2,500 regular users.

Neil Myhre, Chief Knowledge Officer of LMI Group said, "The take-up and ongoing use of LMI RiskCoach is much higher than even our most optimistic estimates. The feedback from users has likewise been very positive. Kelly joining us will allow us to further increase the roll-out of additional industries, which is currently running at around five per week. It also demonstrates the ongoing commitment of LMI Group to provide practical, easy-to-use knowledge-based services to the insurance industry".
